Method

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the roasted red bell peppers, olive oil, parsley, garlic, and black pepper. Blend until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
  2. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the linguine according to the package instructions.
  3. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
  4. Pour the red pepper sauce over the pasta and toss to coat.
