Oat cookies

Oat and cinnamon biscuits are a delicious snack that is perfect for those looking for a tasty and wholesome treat. It is also safer to make your own treats, knowing they are a bit naughty, compared to buying something from a fast food store or bakery which will most probably be loaded with much more sugar and additives.

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
